Oh joy of all joys a Mammogram

You know, ya think you been thru it all until you had your first Mammogram!!!!! I had my first Mammogram today. Let me tell you it is not a picinic. I know it is extremely necessary, but not at all fun. A bit painful when they squish those poor puppies onto that COLD slab.



I am very much for the mammograms and truly believe that ALL women should have a yearly exam and do their own monthly self exams.
