What a beautiful day here in Lenhartsville, PA. Sun is bright and warm, 70 degrees(can you believe it). Great day for some washing, cooking, and knitting/crochet!
I cooked up 3 lbs of chicken and put them in several freezer containers, 1/2lb of ham cut up and in the freezer, lettuce cut of for the week.
Making Ham and Greenbeans for supper with Super Simple biscuits:
After supper, I believe I am going to settle down and try to finish a lapghan and figure out what I am doing wrong with my granny square( I always have trouble starting it).
